With 45+ years of experience as a contractor, building various buildings and properties for K Raheja back in time. In 1988 He built Vasant Vihar’s Project With 25 buildings and one Shopping centre as a material contractor. In 2006 he decided to start his project, selling ready-made bungalows for the first time. His real estate business experienced an upsurge in the market after building speculative homes on raw land with good prices, which typically increases the value of land over time. He was able to curb speculation by not selling vacant plots and this contributed to the local real estate boom. This is why this achievement was the most successful; it inspired many other developers to enter the city due to witnessing gross changes within the property market caused by their arrival in town.
